A great new facility with easy access and plenty of parking only problem I saw was the fact that the electrical points are basically for staff only has pointed out by signage on the road that I think is wrong.

Appalling . Trying to cancel an appointment for partner who was due for a scan....(he's in hospital now) and I thought it courteous to do so.
The telephone number shown apparently isn't the correct one for the building shown on the website (that we previously visited. )
The phone message goes round in a loop ... despite saying stay on the line to speak to someone. I tried twice to explain the situation and cancel but couldn't do so. I am not being critical of the staff...it's the website.

I feel really bad as I don't know the wonderful lady's name that delt myself today .
I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received after i was let down by winscombe surgery again .She went above and beyond even got me in within the hour .10/10 service thank you Mr wilshaw

I first went to 168 Parklands a few weeks ago, two very polite Ladies in reception were making one very at ease. Just a shame my doctor was still at the old 168 building. Not a complaint just an observation.!!
