Called as our toilet wasn't draining properly, and had located an overflowing sewer. The lady on the phone was nice and polite, took details and they arrived less than an hour later
Friendly and polite service, fixed the issue with no fuss at all. Wouldn't hesitate to use again!

A very swift, efficient and friendly service was received.
I had a visit within an hour of calling, with an update when they were on their way.
The problem was resolved within approximately 15 minutes of arrival. They were very thorough to ensure there were no leaks and that the sink was draining correctly.

Woke up Saturday morning so find we had a blocked and overflowing sewer. A quick google search led me to these guys. Called and spoke to a nice lady who took my details. Was told someone would be on site within the hour. 40 mins later, she called to let me know they were 10 mins away.
The guy had a wealth of knowledge, and instantly knew where the blockage was likely to be.
Using a high pressure hose from his van, he quickly had the blockage gone. I was also impressed by how well he cleaned the contaminated areas as well.
All done and cleared within 2 hours of calling, and for less than £200 on a Saturday! Could not recommend more.

We had an overflowing sewage drain, this was going into our neighbours property. I telephoned 1A drainflow and felt relief immediately! I was told that some one would be with me in 35 minutes, considering I made the call to them at 5.25pm I was very happy and grateful for this. The issue we had was explained to us in terms we understood and the problem was rectified swiftly and professionally. Thank you so much, I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I phoned this company on the off chance that they could help with a leaking washing machine valve as I had to remove the machine to be able to complete the house sale on time. That afternoon the plumber arrived and sorted everything out including capping off both water inlets making it safe for the in-coming owners. What impressed me was the communication, I had several phone calls/texts during the morning to advise that a plumber was on his way with an ETA. I cannot praise this company highly enough. A well deserved 5 stars!

This is the second time we have had reason to call 1A Drainflow and can only say that Charlie has given us a professional and reasonably priced service. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he provides a running commentary on what he is doing and importantly why he is doing the particular process.
On both occasions he has attended very quickly and arrives when he says he is going to.
He is very thorough and even the difficult situations do not phase him.
Would always recommend him and 1A Drainflow every time.
