Went in for a broken turbo , after dealing with so many previous scrap yards who didn't have a clue due to various models , these guys got it correct first time and sourced me the part at a reasonable price , highly recommend, top set of lads (pic is old turbo, new one fitted thanks again 1st choice)

Bought diesel injectors off these people. Was told they'd arrive in 3or 4 days, they arrived over 2 weeks later. After unpacking and inspecting them, decided to send off for testing, as they didn't look great and didn't want to waste time and money fitting. They got sent back from the testers, too corroded to test. Called 1st choice and was told I'd be refunded if returned. Called a few days later to confirm they'd received them and discuss refund. Was told they arrived and I needed to speak with Nial about my refund. 3 or 4 phone calls later, I've given up and it's in the hands of the credit card company.
1st choice? I wouldn't use these if they were the only choice.
Avoid!!!!!

I was after a bonnet and wing for a vauxhall ,I got intouch with Matt who supplied lots of pictures and answered all my questions very professionally ,on collection these items exceeded all my expectations.Thank you Matt,I will not hesitate to use you again if needed .

Ordered a part over the phone. Part was delivered a few days later. Unfortunately the part was broken. It clearly hadn't been checked before being sent. Contacted the garage and this is where things went wrong. They requested photos of the part. I sent them immediately. Was told someone would get back to me they never did. I phoned again, they viewed the photos, said they'd get the manager to ring me back, he never did. After another few days I phoned again, told them I wanted a refund. Again, told someone would ring back. This was ongoing until they agreed to issue the refund. 4 days later the refund still hadn't been received. These guys fobbed me off saying it had been sent. I then contacted my card issuer who confirmed there was no refund pending. I rang them again, requesting proof of refund. I was put on hold for a few minutes and a photo of the refund receipt came through. There was no date on the receipt. The very next morning the refund appeared on my card. Faulty part was received on 19th September. Took me till 5th September to get the refund. I've dealt with many scrap yards over the years but non as bad as these guys. If you can collect in person and see what you're buying there shouldn't be a problem. However, please don't purchase anything from these guys over the phone or online. You will have problems.

Looked for a starter motor online . I was contacted by Jon . A very nice guy and found my part plus another I requested on the day. Jon actually took the time to come from his office to meet me and have a general chat. I cannot rate this company and the friendliness from John any higher than the best I've ever dealt with. It's a 5* AAA+ plus company. Absolutely wouldn't deal with any other company now. I'll pass the companies name on to all my friends. Brilliant and thanks once again Jon. Dave St Helens.

I ordered twice from there people and they always sent me wrong parts for my car. And I am still waiting for a refund they are not even answering my calls amd text messages. Just keep delaying and delaying for nothing. Some time they make excuses this person is on holiday and this one is on break.

Ordered a tow bar for my car.
Arrived quickly but when I took it to garage to have it fitted tehnician told me there are 2 brakets missing.
I’ve spoken to Callum via WhatsApp and he confirmed they were rusty and didn’t sent the with the tow bar etc and asked me to but some myself… tow bar can’t be used only for scrap. Have asked my credit card company to get the money back

Great for all sorts of spare bits, they have absolutely everything from cars to vans. A big yard with many vehicles in stock plus a big stock of items which have been taken off them already, prepared to just be taken away.
I came here needing a couple of bits for my van and I came away with almost everything I was in need of, will definitely be using again.
Good competitive prices and they’re very accommodating especially when you need something which is on a vehicle you cannot get yourself.
Definitely would recommend going here for any spare bits you need.
