Got towed by this company last week and the driver smashed the bumper of my vehicle when loading the car on the tow truck. He was very apologetic and told me it would be sorted. To my surprise he now claims he didn’t damage the car when there’s a video of him admiring he did. £100.000 car and they can’t even look after it. Also driver was very unprofessional, he was gonna drive with the car with the windows open while it was raining and I had to claim the tow truck and close them myself as I didn’t trust him anymore. We will have to report to police to get CCTV footage as this happened in a petrol station and report to ombudsman which is a hassle. Don’t trust these guys with your cars it will cost you time and money!

We broke down and our mechanic through AA was pretty quick and couldn’t fix our car on the spot as a part wasn’t available. We waited pretty long to be sorted with a replacement vehicle however our wonderful recovery superstar, Akie, was the hero of the day. He drove us all the way to a branch 1 hr as away as they were the only ones who had a car big enough for our luggage and group. He made sure we got sorted doing whatever he could from his end to speed up the process and making sure we weren’t stranded waiting on our car. It’s not often you come across people willing to go the extra mile to make sure their clients get sorted before leaving and taking our car for miles still. Thank you, thank you, thank you Akie!! What an asset to any company! You make our nightmare of a day so much less stressful, we really appreciated your assistance today!

Akie was the third and final vehicle today on my relayed recovery home via the AA. Lovely guy, did what needed to be done with the vehicle and also gave me a blanket for while I was sat in the cab en route enjoying a varied and non-stop conversation. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Akie came to recover a company Tesla and put it in to storage. Car had hardly any charge and yet Akie manged to sort it and finally get it away without any fuss. I can't fault how helpful he was and would highly recommend 1st Class Recovery.
