This has been the most stress-free experience I’ve ever had with any service company. I received a constant flow of updates that were both informative and reassuring, giving me full confidence that my bike was being well taken care of.

Oli was outstanding—he made me feel like my bike was the only and most important one they were working on. Yet, when I arrived to pick it up, I saw they had literally thousands of bikes in for repair, which made the individual attention even more impressive.

When I got my bike back, it felt brand new—better than after a regular service. I’m truly grateful for the highest level of personalised customer support.

As for the repair work carried out, I'm absolutely, 100 plus percent over the world with the repairs and the total presentation of my bike. Guys you have done the most amazing job. Absolutely fantastic. 😃😄😀

Initially after reading reviews of 4D I was horrified, however my local dealer was unable to book my bike in for months. I reluctantly turned to 4D. They picked up the bike from the Police pound and delivered to the workshops. I found Amos to be helpful during this part of the operation.
I then had the Assessor Tim who kept me fully informed and was helpful.
The next stage was the physical repair here Oli Nako gave me regular weekly updates keeping me informed.
When I received the bike it was in excellent condition. I had an inspection of areas where attention to detail might have easily be missed, but in fairness the areas I inspected were fine.
My one comment is the scheduling by the workshop appears a little haphazard, although I cannot support this remark with any evidence. My bike was two weeks over due from what I considered a long period to repair the bike.
My top box was on the bike with some Rukka clothing, tyre pump and tool kit, plus my sat nav was attached to the bike. I was pleasantly surprised to find them all intact when the bike wa returned.
In conclusion 4D did a good repair, good comms, but the repairs took a while to be completed.

The customer service I received was excellent. I was kept informed of all the stages of the claim and repair. Chloe made sure my claim was progressing and I understood my rights and options at every turn. Ben kept me up to date with the repair progress and ensured my need were met. There was a small issue of the head bearings being loose when the bike was returned, but this was quickly rectified at a local dealership and labour costs refunded to me immediately. Great team, great service

Tony rang me the night before and kept me informed of when he was coming, and arrived when he said he would.
On arrival he was very empathetic, i've owned the bike for 17 years and put almost 88,000 miles on it, so he new it was a very sad day for me.
He took pictures of the crash damage before he loaded it in to his van.
I assisted him from my garage and into his van due to the danaged steering.
He took great care strapping the bike down, wrapping cloth around the straps to protect the paintwork.
Tony was very professional throughout.

Very good service after being knocked off my bike by a car driver who "didn't see me". Swift and efficient response from my initial report meant that everything was taken care of in a few days. Damaged bike collected for repair and replacement dropped off. No hassle.
