Unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest. Not surprised by the reviews guess I'm not the only one. Beware they have a 6 month notice period but won't actually reply to you once you give your notice in. Money trap AVOID AVOID AVOID

The pictures are a result of not having a collection for 3 weeks.
I'm storing bins in my van and own private house drive because there's nowhere to put them

Sadly i has to be a score of 1, for the last 8 weeks our skips have either not been emptied or they have emptied 1 of the 3 required, during this time i have called 6 times raising my issues, the telephone staff have been really helpful in elevating my concerns to senior management so this isn't directed at the telephone staff, on all 6 occasions i have been told a manager will call me back, guess what, no call back, clearly the management team couldn't care less about contract renewals, not come across such poor customer service in a long time.

Dishonest best avoid! We area commercial business creating waste that need collecting on schedule. we run a two week schedule - there have been numerous times when Cawleys say they have come to pick up the bins but could not get access to the site and this results in overweight charges on the next pick up. On the last occasion when Cawleys claimed they had come to pick up but could not gain access the CCTV for the whole day was checked - and guess what - they never came on that day. The customer service representative did everything he could avoid refunding the over charge. In short - they don't give a damn about there customers, they are happier to believe their drivers -even when they have been proved to be liars. Best avoid!

If you thought Biffa were bad.... this company is beyond a joke and you would be advised to avoid them like the plague. Missed collections which hugely impact us if even a day is missed. You call and ask when they will collect and they don't know. The stress this company has caused me is not acceptable and if a professional seamless service is important to you, this company have proven they cannot deliver on that. They have been subcontracting work to other suppliers without informing us and as I write this, our bins are overflowing due to a missed collection from the previous week. We have had an increase in rats on site as a result and this had led to electrical faults causing me more headaches. Cawleys are very competent and consistent in sending you a bill. In my 30 years of working in facilities management this is hands down the worst waste management company I have partnered with.

We Have used Cawleys for our wheelie bin wate for many years, and have always found them reliable. If you do have any issues the customer service team deal with any issues quickly.

Where do I start, first of all I own a very busy shop and this means our bins will need to be collected regularly and at the expected time. CAWLEYS & direct 365 promised me a collection on Thursday (3 weeks ago) and normally 2 collections a week. They have been delaying it over and over and when you call them to speak to customer services they are so rude and impolite like they are doing me a favour. It’s disgusting the level of service this company offers. We spend thousands with CAWLEYS and they still don’t care. Court hearing pending I will make sure trading standards get onto this company and have it closed down. Environmental health means nothing to them. They do not care about your business at all. They will leave the rubbish to rot in your big for weeks on end. ANY other waste management company will do 1000 times better then these horrible people. Do not give them your money or time, find someone else !
