You pay your taxes. You expect a service. Instead, you get excuses... and I mean the poorest excuses you can imagine... for not picking up recyclables in non orange bags (as I'd ran out) even though the items were clearly recyclables. Poor customer service and tax payers money is going to waste with this company handling our waste. What a waste... from start to finish. Oh the irony of it all.

My family's life is a misery because of the foul stench which comes from biffa. We have to live with shut windows because of the stench. We can't sit in the garden on a nice day, because of the stench we can't put washing out because it dries and smells like rotting rubbish. Our health suffers from this stench and we can't get away from the stench night or day.

i live close by to BIFFA Bursom . the foul smell that lingers constantly in the air on most days is unbearable and we can not open windows or go into our garden flies everywhere also rats . the company have been spraying a chemical to try and mask the smell for years after complaints .We have reported this to the environmental health but they say they do not hold the information about the chemical ... that may be causes health issues . bearing mind the sites been placed there next to a school. adventure playground and council estate . These people-have to suffer living in this very unpleasant environment and nothing is being done to protect them

Don't ever get knocked over by the bin wagons as they sack you and keep the person Darren driving for them even though he falls asleep at the wheel health and safety at its best at that place
