Far better than raynesway & one chap in particular at rayneswsy thinks he owns everyone ,I live in derby but go to lount fantastic service compared to raynesway don’t go there ,think Stalin runs raynesway

Drove straight in and no need to book. Told the 2 men there that we were newbies to Lount and they welcomed us and advised us where to put everything

Turned up Saturday at 3.50...bearing in mind it says last entry at 3.55...the man that was guiding people was so rude...he wanted to send me to the far end of the tip..when all my things to throw away were at the beginning...he was going mental because I said the guy in front was moving.can I stay where I was...he started shouting saying I want to get out of here and go home..well if that's the case close the gate at 3.30 then they can get home quicker...I didn't appreciate being spoken to the way he did...I did shout back at him because he was so rude...I will never use that tip again

Easy access to the disposal containers, just drive alongside and lift your rubbish over a two foot plus retaining wall. The staff are
also very helpful.

Well run by staff who are always very helpful. Good traffic system.
Only complaint is you have to pay to dispose of rubble and such. Other councils do this for free and then sell on as hardcore !

Well run and easy to use with plenty of staff for advice and assistance. Ceramic tiles are treated as hardcore and chargeable at £3 a load.
