I started using this site since last year, as the site near to me is booked up many weeks in advance.

I have enjoyed coming here, as the staff are always welcoming and very supportive, kind and helpful.

Even on wet and cold days, they manage to keep a sense of positivity. You have to access the tips up a case of steps. It's fairly a small site, but run with efficiency. You need to book in advance.

You have to reserve a slot on-line, however this is relatively straight forward on the Hounslow Council web site. Overall the place is well run and organised. The staff are helpful but are not allowed to help you with carrying/ lifting items into the skips.

Make your booking online, get a slot, read the rules carefully and come drop off your household rubbish. This place is indispensable, and I have frequented many, many times, to clear away unwanted items, rubbish, and bulky waste.

I'm very glad for the council to provide us with this facility. It allows us caring and responsible residents to get rid of unwanted rubbish and waste.

Rubbish dump, only by appointments. Don't forget to book before you visit. Only three visits per year. Hounslow council is run by joker's.

Helpful staff generally and guides you well. The booking system is good and as a result there is hardly a queue though sometimes the staff at the entrance is unaware of dealing with customers.

I went a day earlier for one of my bookings and only found it out at the entrance. I politely requested to use my booked slot and I took the time to get stuff into the car and there is literally no one else at the entrance but I was told that if he let me go in then I'll be given a ticket. It made no sense at all so I left without any further arguments. Staff at other times have let me in previously if I am early or late to my booking times.

A bunch of workers killing around not offering to help. Because of prebookiing system, there are twice as much staff here than customers. People are not allowed to come without appt. They are still running the covid era system. Need to be efficient.

This must be a joke… it’s closed for 4 days because card machine doesn’t work. If that was private company it would’ve been bankrupt within few weeks.

Why do we pay someone £££ a year to stand an check your registration plate. We are no longer in covid times, and the place is never that busy. Having to book each time, more than likely promotes fly tipping. Hounslow Council let's get rid of this waste of money process.
