What a wonderful stay. I was truly spoilt. The team were so brilliant. My room was spotless and they had even made it festive, a true treat. Thank you for a wonderful stay, really was top marks. ||Enjoyed a local gin and tonic again recommended, lovely location and can’t wait to return.

The Islands have a unique atmosphere and charm unlike anywhere else I have visited. My wife and I found the Atlantic the perfect base close to the quay for when you arrive and then to explore the other Islands. The Hotel room was very clean, well appointed, with a great view and comfy bed. A lady called Kate refreshed our room a couple of times during our stay and was full of useful advice about the islands and places to visit. We had breakfast every morning and then dinner in the restaurant a few times during our stay. The food was always great and service superb, we really felt the team were sincere and wanted us to enjoy our stay. Flo & Lucy served us each evening, they were professional but with a nice personal touch. In overview I would say a very well run business, we would love to return.

in group of 24 stayed a week-food was good on 1/2 board with adequate choices-BUT strange how apples/bananas only put out for final days breakfast. not good news to be so starved of ANY fruit.|staff all willing-we were put in separate room away from visitors in for a drink/meal.|gents toilet has been in urgent need of a lick of paint/replacing wall tiles-must be like it for several years which not acceptable.|ground floor/1st floor landing and stairs carpets need an urgent VAX -again been ignored for several seasons.|last night had to endure violent storm with heavy raining-sadly could not secure any of the bay windows rattling away so precious little sleep.|well appointed en-suite.|heard that whole hotel is due for upgrading soon -trust us to catch any end of season improvements as listed above which could easily be dealt with.|one thing glaringly obvious is NO LOUNGE for anybody to sit down in-1 bar could easily be "amended"|Great shame nobody offered us a cup of tea before allowed to go into our rooms.Owners should think of such guests

We were a large group, 11 of us, for dinner. My partner and I shared a bruschetta starter and a whipped feta starter, both delicious. We then had the sharer seafood platter, which was amazing! The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere in the main bar is fantastic. Well worth a visit for a meal; my partner and I also popped in for a late morning coffee, again a great experience.

Very comfortable beds and beautifully appointed room. My husband was taken ill on the first day of our holiday and airlifted to Truro hospital. The hotel staff went the extra mile to help, so much so they refunded our accommodation costs. I was met with kindness and support at a difficult time which made the whole experience more bearable. A wonderful caring hotel.

Location is fabulous looking straight out onto the beach and across to some of the islands. Restaurant staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. If you are actually staying at the hotel it could have done with a lounge area as you either had to sit in the room (no way) or in the bar/restaurant areas which were always full. Do not ask for the twin bedded room which was in the roof. Room was hot, stuffy, dim, small couldn't open window more than a couple of inches, could not open bathroom window as there were gulls on the roof outside and of course you had to keep ducking due to the low ceiling. So disappointed especially when we saw some of the room on the level down so much nicer.

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere and great views. Meg was a fantastic host and made our experience even more enjoyable, perfect and professional service. Brilliant staff paired with brilliant food!!! Really enjoyed the Smoked Mackerel & Horseradish Rilette as well as the Crab Aranchini to start. Amazing selection of specials too! Definitely recommend.

What a fantastic place the food was lovely. We had gone to the Isles just for the day so was not sure where to go. This place did definitely not disappoint us. I would highly recommend and go again if we were ever back on the Isles.
