Unreliable. Promised to collect 3 times and didn’t. When called to ask where they were - the poor receptionist didnt know what to say. Felt sorry for her. Needless to say didn’t get a response.

Great help and even had a choice of vehicle and was allowed to borrow a screwdriver ?

Maybe the heat was getting to him but ask for help which would not of taken long ,even said I'd take it off the car myself but won't lend you screwdriver or spanner , oh well went somewhere else problem solved ?
