Ridiculous service Bradford Council needs to act. Turned up on a Saturday 3.30pm waited 15mins in the queue only to be told that they were closing in one minute. You could have just let me through I was the last one waiting. You tell me at 3.44pm there is one minute to closing time despite waiting in queue for nearly 15 minutes .. It's an absolute joke.
