Absolute shambles today! Live auction, so made you park away from normal area, then had to walk to normal reception, then back out again to collect car. Then all the way back to reception to report problems with the car! Nobody knew we what was going on! Very unprofessional, cost a lot of time too…getting into car park barriers and then queuing to get out!! Sort it out!!

Fast service, very nice people at the reception( especially a proffered nice looking young lady), everyone else who I was in contact with while I am collecting the car. In my opinion the best BCA site I have been in so far and I was in many before.

I recently purchased a BMW 5 Series online, which was BCA assured. Everything was ok in BCA assured report . However, when we went to collect the car, we noticed that one of the pictures showed the engine management light on. We informed the staff at the counter about this issue, and Lisa, who was at the reception, assured us that they would check the car and advised us not to take it if the light was on. Unfortunately, when we checked the car, the engine management light was indeed on. They used a diagnostic machine and claimed that it was due to low fuel. I informed them that the engine management light does not come on due to low fuel.

I have purchased around 25 cars from BCA this year, and now they are refusing to take responsibility and saying that they can't do anything about it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have taken the time to write this review specifically to warn others. I would recommend avoiding this branch.
