Great recycling centre it covers everything can be busy first thing but is less busy mid day.you can recycling timber, cardboard, batteries, furniture and hard-core. It's a one way system so it's easy to navigate.the guys there are OK and will help if asked.

If you are planning to go to the recycling centre, you need to go through Weldon. All the roads through Weldon have signs/indicators that the road is closed, although all the people are just going around them.
Be prepared to give out your post code, as the staff are asking for them. Possibly, people from other areas tried to get their stuff to this centre.
Have a jolly good Xmas, everyone.

I went to the Corby recycling centre today at 5.30pm, with a car full of general household/garden waste. Davie was so helpful and came right over within seconds to help me take everything out the car, he then proceeded to put it all in the correct bins for me. Andrew also was very lovely and answered my questions regarding opening hours etc.. not sure if Corby Borough council see these reviews but these gents today get 10 out of 10 from me. What a Great service. Well dove gents

18-08-2020 Third time visitor to this center from my wife, with very little help from workers who just stand around and watch what you are doing , almost like a security guard. Now i find i have my tyre to repair with a large nail embedded into the rear passenger side tyre. Thank you Corby Recycling Center as i won't be visiting again as your workers are to lazy to even keep the ground swept to make it safe for visitors

Disorganised traffic flow, no advice where to go. To sum up a cayotic experience. Too many telling you not to, no one telling where to. Perhaps a new manager and staff training might

Moving home, we've needed to use the tip very regularly including whilst there were restrictions. In the last few weeks the behaviour of the staff has changed dramatically. The staff on our last visit were particularly helpful and extremely friendly. It's important for me to recycle accurately and this was easily done. No queues, felt safe.

Better than Kettering. Staff actually talk to you and try to help. Surprisingly small site to deal with such a big urban and rural area. But good traffic management and communication made it hassle free and kept queueing to a minimum despite covid restrictions.
