I want to leave this review about this company. What it has done to buy property? One of their drivers come into my property 5 months ago and smashed my driveway to pieces which I've laid only weeks before that the driver took full responsibility. Then they asked me to take photos and send it to them. Antri quotes what you've done. Then I had to wait 2 months before I got an answer then they said it is left with legal
Then I had to wait another 2 months then they said their contractor has looked at the photographs. And come back with a ridiculous offer to fix my property, which is no way near enough. Because it does not match the quotes which I provided for them with 3 different companies. So I'd strongly advise any member of the public out there. Do not have anything got to do with this company. They are total con people

By far the worst Copart branch I have delt with, unlike other Copart branches the front gates only opens for car not pedestrians so you can mistakenly assume they are closed but they are not, anyway after arriving to pick a car had to deal with "Juliet" who I was told that she is the manager will only give "computer says no" attitude and zero customer service. never again.

Unfortunately, Copart does not provide the necessary information for making the right decision and a more accurate calculation for the repair of the vehicle you are buying. I would say more that, on the contrary, they make blurry and low-quality photos specifically so that you can see less. Therefore, you should understand that you are buying a cat in a bag!

I got my back plate bent, chipped and with parts of the car that was written off. I am sharing pictures here and I have sent an email to complain and get compensation. The plate was new. The accident happened in the front and this plate was not in the accident.

I am in process of getting a £50 compensation.
I will leave it to 4 stars for now and they show they care and show responsibility. The 1 star dropped because of the unfortunate event.

One of the best copart branch in uk i been in so many of them but none of them same as westbury a soon i drove in car was ready to collect unlike some other branch u got wait hours also nice clean place friendly staff too
