The only reason I can even give 1 star is that they had the battery in stock. Customer service forget it, the gentleman who served my husband and myself obviously had never heard about this concept. Hardly acknowledged our presence, just to ask if we were paying by cash or card. The amount paid was over £100 so a significant amount. However whether £1 or £100 a polite and courteous manner costs nothing. Would never use them again disgusting service.

I used to buy my parts from another local factor but no more...not only was Alan Skuse better value, and closer to my location but the brake pads came with shims !!! Havent had pads with shims for many years, so very impressed and also cost less than the previous supplier.... Totally Brilliant, thanks guys
