Can I just say how delighted I am with this fabulous company, I have a large wheelie bin which is emptied fortnightly and the lads are brilliant! I forgot to put the bin out this morning and they came and knocked on my door to let me know, one of them came in and gave me a hand to drag the bin out to the lorry. takes me back to the old days when bin men did a fantastic job and nothing was too much trouble. I'm so pleased I made the switch from the awful company I was using before.

Delivery of portaloos and urinal on Friday morning was excellent, good timing and swiftly set up. However I questioned with the delivery driver whether the toilet roll left (1 per portaloo) would be sufficient for 10 hours of constant use and was assured it would be. By 12 noon I was informed that all but one had run out of paper. I had to quickly purchase a pack of 48 loo rolls and ALL were use up by 6pm. Not a good situation for us.

From start to finish the service was fantastic. Messaged on facebook about getting a 3 yard skip, Becci D replied straight away and a skip was delivered the very next day and the same for when i needed it collected. Becci D was so helpful and answered all my questions. Olly the driver was very good as well. Highly recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Charged us a fortune (£650) for an 8 yard skip, which was to be placed on the road. They informed us they would take care of the permit and would cover us for 28 days. Called us back 3 days later to say due to an internal error they had only done a 1 week permit and it would cost us an additional £120 + VAT per week. We refused as frankly, this isn't our issue and we felt we'd already paid a lot for the skip and they confirmed with us the skip and permit would be for 4 weeks. They eventually extended for 1 week and then collected the skip. They are now trying to say there was a fridge in our skip and it will cost an additional £120+ VAT to dispose of it, except there is no fridge in our waste. Total con merchants, just trying to get every single penny they can with no care for customer service or honouring their contracts.

5* service , really efficient. I called and asked a million questions to Lauren she answered them all with no hesitation. We then got the skip that same day which was brilliant. I then called today to ask if by chance they could remove it as soon as possible due to a garden delivery coming and Mel was absolute 5* also in helping us get it removed, they came within half hour of speaking to her. All round great customer service! really chuffed thanks again
