He was a very helpful man and extremely professional in the way he dealt with all my question
Has an x regional manager who had approx 50 drivers working under me I know how important it is to have personal of this calibre working for you.

Got to emr on Saturday 11:20 to be told that they actually close at 11:15 and the staff leave at 11:30. Unfortunately that’s not what you advise on your Google page! Wasted time and money! Time needs change on Google!

I went to weigh in some damaged alloy wheels this morning (Saturday 30/9) around 9.50am and as I pull up to the entrance, I can see the gate is partially open and someone’s boots at the bottom on the other side. I parked up and popped my head around the gate. The member of staff just looks me up and down and says “closed” with a real attitide. I asked “well, are you open at all this morning?”. “10.30”. Complete attitude problem from the staff member who clearly thinks he’s important and/or has a chip on his shoulder. No explanation why they’re closed at that time, which would’ve been the polite thing to do. I’ve been to EMR for years and never seen the gates closed within the opening hours.
I’ve never had a problem before but I won’t be using EMR again, I’ll go elsewhere.

I used EMR the other day after been recommended it by a colleague,, it was totally different to any other scrap yards I've used in the past, the yard was absolutely spotless. No fear off getting a puncture driving in, as I have before at previous scrap yards, and all the staff we're brilliant they couldn't do enough for me, I'd like to give a special mention to Andy who served me 10 out of 10 definitely recommend EMR ?

I have used EMR several times over the last few years and they do have great employees. I went in today with copper piping and the gentleman at the non ferrous weighing scale was so polite and courteous and friendly, thanks, unfortunately didn't get his name. I was there at around 15.20 on 7th April.Also thanks to Mary who was very helpful even though the id I used was out of date but she advised me and was very patient. You can't go wrong with EMR . You need to hold onto staff like this EMR as they do a very good job representing you.

Just got 14.50 for two old car batteries which I think was pretty fair. It's a well run and efficient service. You do have to register with photo I'd initially but it's pretty straightforward.
