Drivers do NOT get out of their cabs even when they drop a load of waste they are supposed to be collecting check out the photo

Terrible service. Wouldn’t use again. Collected skip after almost 3 weeks and when collecting they damaged the driveway. Sent them cctv evidence and apparently it’s not their responsibility and it’s the customers for asking the skip to be delivered on the driveway. What a joke. Took them 5 days to give me an answer after ringing them 6/7 times everyday chasing this up. But didn’t have the common sense or decency to say it’s the customers responsibility for getting skip on drive on the first phone call. Took them almost a week. Very very poor customer service.

Was with this company for plastic recycling for 4 months. Not once in that time did they turn up when they should. Constantly had to be prompted to collect our waste. Should have been a fortnightly collection but was more like once a month. Awful service. Now moved on to another company.

10 years in business with them with 3 collection a week and they have managed to mess something up every week with no one in office talking responsibility or able to help. Bunch of useless staff and management team

Amazing service, skip arrived when they said it would. I gave them a call to let them know it was good to go, and they collected it a couple of hours later, even though they said it may take a couple of days. Can't fault them, brilliant price too.

This company insists on emptying trade waste bins in a residential area at 4.30am in the morning and no amount of complaints to the company stops them from doing so, even though the council rules state that they should not be collected before 7am.
