I have used Digaway & Clearaway for skip hire and grab hire for years. Very reliable and professional service with competitive prices too!
A family ran business that also do loads for raising money for local charities, such as Acorns Children’s Hospice, St Richard’s Hospice, our local Air Ambulance and Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

I’ve gave them a two as the first three skips were good but then came the 4th which was quite frankly an awful experience. They ain’t the cleverest people. They lie and I’ve always found that intelligence is needed to lie. Awful humans who target the vulnerable

Have used this company 3 times this year alone, from the phone call to the delivery/collection everyone was super friendly, reception people professional but chatty, drivers amazing super friendly.. won’t use anyone else.. super easy experiences

Great company to work with, have been using for the last 10years for Grab services, Skips and dropping waste off at the yard. Always friendly staff to talk to and deal with, even with some of the most awkward sites they collect from they will get the lorries in. Big thanks from Landscapes of Malvern

Shame on you Digaway Clearaway for allowing your drivers of huge HGV’s to express road rage at learner drivers. Even when I’ve spoken to the office multiple times and emailed requesting a conversation you never returned a call as promised. You clearly don’t care.

Service from this company is digusting absolute fraudsters never collected the skip when told skip has been left for 2 months overfilled by random people and know the company refuse to take away unless I pay for another skip I dread to think that it’s them filing this skip so they can charge for another I would never use again use them if you want to be scammed

Have used Digaway on 2 occasions whilst clearing out my father's house. Once in 2018 when I used 3 of their 20ft skips & Feb 21 when used 2 of the 20ft skips. Have found them excellent to deal with. Skips dropped off & collected quickly, office staff helpful & organised & the drivers friendly.
I would definitely recommend.

They are cheaper than some companies but their service is terrible. Despite asking them to contact me when the skip was going to be delivered, as the property was empty, they just dropped the skip on the driveway blocking any access - it was in the most inconvenient place it could possibly be. I didn't receive any paperwork because nobody was at the property when they delivered the skip so can only assume that they are authorised and not fly tippers - I was not advised of any of their terms and conditions. I also didn't receive any proof of payment - so their systems are pretty poor. It was just before Christmas so they probably couldn't be bothered. Then they just came and took it away without any notice - really not helpful when you're in the middle of a big project. I asked if I could keep it a couple more weeks, as I had been ill and was unable to walk, so couldn't load the skip, and they said they would check and get back to me but just took it away. Not at all helpful. I was going to hire another skip but I won't be getting it from this uncooperative bunch - I'd rather deal with a company that is more accommodating and knows how to communicate with their customers. I would say any other skip company will be better run this this one.
