Iwana was very helpful. Customer service on point. We ran into an issue with ordering a 12 yard but were unaware of the weight limit for soil because the truck wouldn’t be able to lift it.

That wasn’t made clear from the website and ordering process but once we were aware, Iwana quickly organised for the 12 yard to be lifted and replaced by two 6 yards today.

Overall, a rocky start to the order but Iwana was polite, helpful and proactive in finding a solution that worked.

As of writing this review the swap hasn’t happened yet but that’s because I just got off the phone with them 10 minutes ago but the way they handled the entire situation and the customer service warrants this review now.

I highly recommend J Mould. I booked a 6 yard skip online. They arrived on time and kept communicating till they arrived. We used it more than it could hold. They were so generous and didn’t make any fuss and took the skip.
I emailed to request for collection. They came in 24 hours and again flawless communication.

Very lovely chap who collected/ delivered the skip. Very careful and no damages done any where.

Great experience with this company! They were fantastic. Special mention to the person I dealt with called Sean he really helped me! Driver was surprisingly very friendly as well which is another bonus!

Drivers (twice) cause damage to property, driver never handed over insurance details, company poor in handling, took 4 months to get their insurance company, now refusing to deal with matter even after accepting responsibility with cctv. Avoid, plenty of other more professional skip hire companies locally.

Delivered on time great!
nearly a week late to pick up after organised day.
Fine if you have lots of room and dont mind the eyesore sat there.
Driveway out of action much longer than needed.
Just get message saying we will when we can!!
