Company sells you faulty goods then don’t pick up the phone for weeks/months until your 2 month warranty has surprisingly finished… called over 60 times no answer

Added ( I tried calling you for 3 weeks prior though which I explained which would have been in the warranty… there’s no way u didn’t know this was buckled when you sent it, mobile and business number)

(Added again) look at that buckle! How in gods name did you look at that and say yes that’s fine to sell! No chance you didn’t notice!

I was a little dubious being miles away from London and forking out £422 for a tailgate, but it arrived within 5 working days as promised and was much cheaper than others I tried sourcing from. Price included delivery whereas others wanted to charge me £85.00 for this.

Ordered a car door which arrived 4 days later than a front wing which I ordered on the same day, the door arrived with some cling film draped around it, i've seen sandwiches wrapped and protected better.

Really not happy! Was told they had item in stock and would be delivered within a few days! Happily take your money but cannot give you straight answer!! Have messaged them and guess what….no answer! Wish I had trusted all the other reviews and not taken a chance!
