On the occasion I visited staff were very blunt and not helpful. I witnessed them causing issues with other visitors as well.

They were harassing one poor elderly woman over her parking, and told another woman she was probably lying about what was in her general waste.

Ultimately I left without dropping off my rubbish, as they wanted to search every single bag. Be warned that they will search your rubbish if you look under 30.

Very busy, long queue of cars, but the staff were very helpful and directed us towards the most appropriate place for our items. Good to get rid of lots of unwanted clutter and recycle old electronics.

A nicely laid out tip. Also heartwarming to witness workers run to the aid of a man who injured himself today while throwing something in one of the skips. They delivered first aid immediately and with care.
