Appalling!
Messaged and called the office directly before going to collect some box profile roof sheets. I was after a large amount of 70 sheets and made sure to call directly before setting off to check they were still there. The receptionist confirmed that there would be more than enough sheets there and so I made the 1.5 hour drive to the yard to quickly find out that the only sheets left were bent scrap sheets. A yard hand told me the sheets had been sold the day before I arrived. No apology when they realised what they had done. STAY WELL CLEAR! If the morals of this business do not worry you enough then maybe the unsafe yard with enough nails and screws scattered across the yard to puncture half of Stole on Trent will put you off! Awful experience and waste of 5 hours of my time.

I recently received revisited to source some roof tiles. As usual I was able to get the product I needed at a very sensible price. What stands out though is the very friendly and helpful staff that will go out of their way to help you. Thanks for the help folks! I'll certainly be back again.

Credit card payments are a MUST with these jokers.
Do NOT pay cash for anything, as nothing is as described.
Jim and his staff cannot be trusted about the items they offer for sale.
Do not take the chance, use another company, they are masters of MIS representation.
