Very happy with Revive IT Recycling. Excellent Service.
I used Revive IT to recycle old IT equipment which consisted of old pc's, servers, cabling and other related accessories.
They were very helpful and turned up promptly on the scheduled collection appointment. The kit was safely removed and subsequently a standard Data Destruction was provided as part of the service which was all provided at zero cost.

I emailed this company to ask if they could take care of an old laptop for me. They were quite simply fantastic. They were keen to help and arranged very quickly to have it collected within a few days.

A few days later I got the certificate to confirm they had wiped the data. I am incredibly impressed and will have no hesitation in using them again.

Overall a very professional organisation with good communications and fantastic customer service.

I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends.

I contacted Revive IT to see if they could collect a small amount of IT equipment from my home and destroy it safely. They were very quick to respond to my email and said they don't usually collect small amounts but can do this for me if I package it up sufficient and review them on Google which I agreed to do. I had to purchase my own packaging which cost me nearly £20 but I thought it was worth it to get my equipment collected and destroyed free of charge. We arranged a convenient courier collection. Again all my emails were responded to quickly and efficiently. The courier came on the specified day. A few days later I received the certificate of destruction by email. I thought the whole process from start to finish was very quick and highly efficient and professional. I highly recommend.

Gordon called us prior to arrival to let us know when he should be arriving. He was very polite. Showed him where everything was and he dealt with this in a quick and efficient way. Would recommend using you again.

Very friendly and helpful support from the office. The collection service went very smoothly even though the van had to cope with difficult parking arrangements in central London. After the collection I received written confirmation that all the IT equipment had been wiped and processed appropriately. I would certainly use Revive IT again if I need to recycle IT and electrical goods in a safe way.
