This site has been here a long time and there is always smell and noise, so blame the greedy Developers as they knew there was a Waste Transfer Station next door to clear the Waste from Tower Hamlets.

+1 on the smell. It's bad bad bad. I don't know what has changed since last summer but the smell is everywhere through out the day everyday. It's like I'm living in a bin.

This site is illegal, and trades using a ligitimate safegard, meant to protect the "Northumberland Wharf" not recyclables which are incompatible within a dense residential area.
