Lee was fantastically helpful in matching bricks after having a terrible experience with London Reclaimed Brick Merchants where a load of unusable rubbish turned up. Great bricks from Premier and hardly any wastage as well. Quick delivery. Brilliant family run firm. Can't recommend enough. Have already gone back again (as we didn't order enough the first time)

Good old-fashioned service that is nowadays increasingly hard to find. Website indicated they had the bricks I was looking to match. A quick call with Mark, reassured me they had sufficient quantity for my needs and even better offered a speedy delivery service. As I'm fairly local I was able to pay a visit to their depot and the bricks were indeed the perfect match. Bricks now all delivered, and on time, as promised.

It's always nice to support a small family-owned business, but especially one that really knows how to treat their customers.
Highly recommended.

Really pleased at the excellent quality of the 700 second hand yellows I ordered. Client is very happy with the finished job and I’ll definitely use Premier in future. The delivery driver was really helpful and bang on time. Only a handful of broken bricks but used them all as closers in the 9” facework and not a single brick wasted! Excellent value and highly recommended.

Very bad experience 🙁
First of all customer service was awful and rude. After placing my order with them my workers decided that they can do the job with less amount of bricks. So 90 minutes after placing the order I called PRB and ask them if they can remove 50 bricks from my order. The rude guy said that it is impossible because the order was handed to courier already (delivery date was set in three days, not same day). After next three days (expected delivery day to London) I theirs courier called me and said that he still doesn't have those bricks and the delivery day will have to be moved to another day, which was very bad new as we already planned the work for this day and we would end up with long delays. But after some arguments he said that in the end he will deliver those bricks in that day. After some time the delivery guy came, drooped all bricks on the street and swiped all mess from his van into a street as well, and left without a word!!! What kind of service is this?
When I asked the seller for invoice on the purchase day, I have been told that of course that I will get it straight away. And of course I haven't got it for days. After four formal reminders they send me a badly taken picture of the invoice with not visible corners and some parts of this paper!
Really I didn't expect from them to be treated like this. Every aspect of customers service and handling was disgusting!! Be aware of them.
PS. When I asked them if they can remove those 50 bricks from my order (90 minutes after placing it) they said that this is impossible. But when I messaged them that I can sell those bricks to them for small fraction of the price so they can sell them again, they agreed for it straight away 😀 Really bad behavior... and still I ended up with theirs 'extra bricks' and rubbish dumped on the street next to my customer house!
I never write bad reviews but this was on another level!
