I recently carried out a renovation on my property and was looking to have the character of my home maintained. I purchased reclaimed floorboards and had them refurbished and treated to put into my front room and it looks fantastic, I bought these along with 2 reclaimed Victorian 4 panel doors.
From communication by email and on the phone I found nostalgia and new staff very professional, polite and they regularly kept me updated with time frames, will certainly recommend.

Extremely bad service. I bought an old victorian door off them for a exorbitantly expensive price, as i had an irregularly small door frame. Upon hanging (admittedly after a few months), it turned out the door was twisted. As "too much time had passed" they refused to sort. Seemingly a 100 year old door can warp after being off site for more than 3 months. Very unhappy and very poor service. Avoid this place
