Bought 2 calipers from them only for them to give me the wrong parts when i took them back he said there will be a 20% re stocking fee as you dont want them after i noticed a sign saying if parts are faulty or wrong full refund will be given that's thry oen policy in black and white also he said it took me ages getting them off the vehicle which by the way is his job wont use these again and the attitude stinks

Excellent service for scrapping my car, including collection. Had to rearrange a couple of times for a few reasons but they had no problem rearranging collection each time. Gave me a great price for the car and provided a great service all round.

I can't quite believe how rude and arrogant these people are..and how poor customer service is at this place. They kept me waiting over 5 minutes whilst they talked amongst themselves then said "yeah" Upon showing him the part I wanted...he said "you'll have to wait..we are busy". So I sat down for 15mins then asked how long...only to be told " they are on break for 45 mins. I said "i would have appreciated it if you had told me this at the start". He completely blanked me and served someone else in exactly the same manner. I can't quite believe how they get away with treating customers in this way. Shocking customer service...Will never..ever use. It's about time whoever owns or runs this place seriously looks at these reviews and trains these people in customer service because without customers...you have nothing. Rude and arrogant. Completely unprofessional.
What amazes me is that they can't even be bothered to respond in any way. Says it all really...just edited this on Mon15 July 19...never had any response...
😤 now January 2024....funny...no reply.
