Ray was quick to respond via email to my initial query, and I was able to provide him with the information he needed to generate a quote - which I believed was a reasonable charge considering the amount of waste I needed to dispose of.
I then called him to arrange a collection date and time, and he was able to offer a Saturday which worked best for me.
He and his colleague arrived promptly, and got straight on with the work. I had added almost double the items we had agreed the quote for, and Ray was very accommodating and agreed to take the extra for an additional fee - which he reduced as he was already at the property.
Both he and his colleague were polite, well-mannered, considerate and respectful to me and the property, and also to the actual waste, which was greatly appreciated as it was the clearance of my father's house who had recently passed away.
I have recently reached out to Ray again as we would like to book another collection with his team for the remaining items, now my father's property has been sold.
I will absolutely be using TJB Waste Management if I need any further waste collections, as in my experience, their service is outstanding.

Had a lot of household items and furniture to dispose of in my grandmother's old house. Used TJB waste management and they removed the whole lot in under 2 hours! Both gentlemen were very polite and courteous and they spent extra time breaking up the furniture to fit onto one van to save us money. Great job lads. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, they kept me informed when running late. Removed garden greenhouse as requested and agreed to come back and remove more than I originally requested.
