I don’t usually write reviews but after the service I received here I couldn’t not! So very friendly from the first call to the last goodbye. Really glad I chose to scrap my car with Ministry of Metals. A very friendly bunch of people and the best rate for my car I found after shopping around for several other quotes. It was really fast and easy and they were very accommodating to me at short notice. Would definitely recommend A+++++

I received amazing service, and the staff, from the team I spoke to over the phone to the operatives on site, were very friendly and informative. I had to scrap my car because it wasn't ULEZ compliant, and Ministry of Metals offered the most competitive price. The entire process was very straightforward, with the Certificate of Destruction issued within hours, and payment was prompt. I would highly recommend their service, especially for those needing to use the ULEZ scrappage scheme.

Great service, quick and easy to scrap diesel car. Candice was a great help sorting out documents and getting things back in time. The guys at the metal scrap were also really helpful and helped out with the load. Definitely recommend!

ULEZ MADE EASY!!! Only good thing to come out of the ulez is MINISTRY OF METALS … what an incredible service from a fantastic team.. they picked up the van and within a few hours I received the COD certificate and the scrap money ..Candice is an absolute sweetheart and so helpful what a credit to the company she is… every office needs a Candice on the end of the phone and the world would be a better place. Can’t recommend highly enough 5 stars just not enough ..xxx AMAZING !!!!! Also recovery driver was lovely 1st one I’ve met who actually made the effort to make conversation.. xx

I agonised for a month over whether I could take my beloved Julius to the vets to be put to sleep and finally took the heartbreaking decision as it just seemed to be the right thing all round. MoM were superb in making a painful decision as painless as it could have been.

Candice was really helpful from start to finish and for others using the ULEZ scrappage scheme these guys will have your Certificate and payment all wrapped up in a morning or afternoon. Can't fault them.
