I found this company based in Exeter, as advertised.
Arrangements were made to collect our scrap metal from Sidmouth.
At no time was it mentioned that they came up from Plymouth and we would be charged for fuel. A sum of £70.00 would be given for our scrap metal, a phone call to Tom was made only to say, we were being charged £40.00 for fuel coming up from Plymouth, and £30.00 for sorting the scrap out and we wouldn't get any money at all. Our 3 phone numbers have now been blocked. This isn't the first time this has happened to the company. This company is not to be trusted on what they say and do. Beware..

Fab service from start to finish! Due to work I was unable to be at home when the lads could take my car away so I left the key and logbook in a pre arranged place. They then filled in the relevant part on the log book & popped it through my door! My camera doorbell captured the car being loaded onto the flatbed truck & even though the car was going to be scrapped the chaps loaded the car with care!
I was then given a phone call a couple hours later to give the details of where I wanted the money paying in & it was in my bank seconds later! I highly recommend these guys

I've never received money for my car despite multiple calls asking the person on the phone to be decent and pay what they agreed and owe me - now I'm just being disconnected.
Dishonest company, avoid.

Update: After writing this review the company actioned and paid what was agreed. Thank you.
