Staff where really useful and keen to help, the guy surving me went out of his way to help me! Even printed of a parts list to help me find some other parts they didn’t stock. Over and above great service will definitely be using them in the future

Where the price may be good for click and collect, the customer service is shocking. I was waiting for 20 minutes to be served and I was the only person in the shop. There were 3 guys in the room behind who were made aware I was there. 1 was answering calls, not sure about another but the 3rd was scrolling through his mobile phone. As soon as another guy came in, who was in the trade, he got served before me. I felt like I was invisible and my custom didn't matter. I certainly wouldn't recommend going to the Plymouth North store for anything. I definitely won't be going back

Twice I have tried to make a return after work just after 5pm over two days and twice I was told I couldn’t as the young man was working alone and didn’t have the authorisation to complete returns! Management leave early every day leaving staff alone that can’t fulfil the companies duties! Don’t waste your time find a company that doesn’t have lazy none existent management!

Was given the wrong part for my car. I did query it but was told it was correct. At home checked online and sure enough it was the wrong oil filter. Went back and they changed it for the correct one. Did not refund any money even though I believe it should have been cheaper. Might be time to start using Euro parts.
