From the first phone call to enquire about price etc these guys are brilliant, very professional, friendly and helpful. Two days after initial call Grant came and priced up, the quote was cheaper than any where in the area, he was also able to promise a visit within 3 days. Communication was also brilliant with contact the evening before and also the morning of visit, Grant and his colleague (sorry didn't get name) arrived as arranged and once I had pointed out things to stay they proceeded to clear, once done they cleaned and swept everywhere and put items back in place exactly where I wanted. These guys are a credit to what they do and you won't find a more professional company for your clearance job, thanks again guys 👍

Grant and his team did a phenomenal job in clearing my Father in laws flat. They were very fast, efficient and friendly. The flat was unrecognisable at the end. Communication was great from the start, and they lifted a huge weight off our shoulders in a difficult time. Thank you Grant & team. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Service - if we could give these guys 10 stars we would. They were all very polite and so willing to help. Not only did they manage to clear the garage and garden, they went above and beyond to dismantle a heavy piece of machinery. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Clearance4less were really good. They just showed up and cleared away the enormous pile of debris left from our new kitchen and downstairs bathroom install.
They were polite and friendly and finished the job in 2 trips and just over a couple of hours. When they'd finished you'd have never known the pile of rubbish had been there.
They conscientiously folded up and put to one side our tarp which we'd used to stop bits of cardboard blowing away and they checked with us whether there was anything we didn't want to be disposed of as we had a couple of shelves outside destined for the garage.
Really good service and would highly recommend.

I've never met such nice people! They didn't just take the rubbish but also helped clear bits up for my boy to be able to play outside just out of a good heart! Clearance4less have done a fabulous job clearing my garden of a mountain of rubbish following building work on the house. Not only has the garden been cleared but it’s looking better now than before the rubbish was in it. Excellent service at a very good price. Highly recommended.
