On arrival was asked if I needed help and directed , a chap took my electrical back for me everyone busy but 100% on their jobs and team working and so polite friendly helpful understanding considerate .
A stark contrast from pinhoe who were rude abrupt and very unhelpful

Over years I’ve always found marsh Barton good , today especially so .As I was trying to navigate when not feeling 100% well.
I think in future I’ll save more time and fuel and upset just to head to Marsh Barton . The team there are great !

Have always found the staff here to be really helpful, in particular I went there with a load the other day of mixed items. I asked a chap called Adam for advice on where certain bits should go, he was really helpful, advised accordingly and also helped unload my vehicle. Adam is a real credit to the centre. Thank you.

Unfortunately a couple members of staff here are extremely abrupt and rude. Emptying some rubble out into the bin I had a couple bits of paper at the bottom of the bag which quite rightly didn’t belong , anyone would think I’d committed murder the way he acted, making a huge song and dance about. I apologised twice as he retrieved the A4 sized item but he just huffed off. He’s like it to everyone absolutely no need. The place needs better signage and staff with some manners.

I've always found this recycling centre to be extremely professional and to take their jobs seriously. They have significant recycling and safety guidelines to follow and do so. They will help and give information and support. I often return with items I've bought in the extremely well organised shop! Some staff have limited English and can appear brusque but are helpful and hardworking people. The cat and humorous toy display are great! The site is closed when heavy machinery is in action and this keeps everyone safe as members of the public don't always understand or follow the strict safety guidelines. Accuracy about opening times on the website should be reviewed and kept reliable, this would be an improvement. I've never found anything I couldn't recycle there, but somtimes there is a fee to pay, this is to stop business waste.

Staff are really helpful, professional and offered to help which made life alot easier !

They made the tips run alot more fun with the little jokes and great humour.

Signage is great and opening times make it so easy to fit it in to the working week !

Dropped a few bits in this morning 17.11.23 The men were extremely helpful and polite, showing me where to go and carrying some of the items. This is a repeat of my previous experiences. Site clean and tidy as always. Would highly recommend.
