We've recently moved from a previous supplier we had been with for over 10 years, and the service is second to none, from inital conversation about moving from our previous supplier DCW have treated us as a valued customer, delivery and installation was done without fault, collections are never missed and updated regularlly. Account manager is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Zero to Landfill was a huge reason for moving to them too. Drivers are very friendly. We've also just used their product descruction service without issues. 5* I have no hesitation in recommending DCW.

I had far too much confidential waste paper to shred so I hired a bin from DCW. Lovely best describes my experience. My initial email enquiry was answered promptly and succinctly. I rang the office to book the bin. Service was polite, cheerful and efficient. Delivery came when expected. The deliveryman was informative and cheerful. Again efficient service when I rang to arrange collection. Again the collection driver was polite cheerful and efficient. A lovely company to deal with.
