Was sitting on Bexhill promenade watching the sea when Leonard from Biffa appeared to empty the bins. He was a credit to your company. He was friendly and courteous, taking time to chat as he got on with his job. A brief chat that reminded me how kind people can be. I wish to extend my thanks to him.

I would like to comment on the fantastic job done by John from Biffa on the Bexhill beaches. I see him most mornings working really hard to keep the beaches clean and safe. A lot of people have commented on the excellent job he does. He's always smiling and takes the time to say hello. John is a real credit to Biffa. Thank you.

Firstly, I am writing to express my greatest appreciation and gratitude to the team that is in charge for keeping the beach clean. I have been to many beaches in the UK, and Camber Sands is an amazingly clean beach where I can very confidently come with my family without having to observe the piles of rubbish everywhere. Those in charge for the beach deserve a bonus for working SO HARD and keeping the beaches clean for our community.

Also, during our last family visit, my husband forgot the baby pushchair at the car park (please don't ask how... :))and it was found and very kindly handed by Kevin to the coastguard office, after which I was immediately contacted to arrange collection. Kevin is a superstar and saved my life, as my baby loves his pushchair and his toys that were left there, and has been very fussy since it was lost.

The country needs to know it's heroes!!!!!!

Really disappointed with my bin collection today. They took rubbish out of the top of my bin and left it next to it. It's a joke considering how much concil tax we pay.

Biffa St Leonard's empty my bins and the service provided is second to none .. All they need is to take Hastings Street back into the St Leonard's Depot.
