Quick, kind and efficient. Felt a little bad with doing a huge clear out the lady working was very lovely. A few items refused for very fair reasons. Hope they find their way to people who need them and will benefit so lovely they go to countries and people in need

Although you don’t get huge amount of money for clothes, the cause it’s for is worthit! Also the lady who took my clothes today was lovely, we had a lovely chat. It’s great for clearing out clothes that are no longer wanted getting a few quid & it going to a great cause! Well worth it

Turned up at 4.30 and was told the the staff member was quite rude and stated they were leaving at 4.50 so would only accept clothes until then. Had quite a lot of clothes, mainly new, so tried to sort them out quickly but ran out of time. Received under £9.00 for quote a lot of clothes. Would have been better off giving the clothes to charity.

Very rude woman working for you at Bexhill 31 August 2023.
Rang your number to check closely time - 5pm. Got there at 4.35 and she yelled at me as i got out the car with two bags only of clothes that she would not take them as there was one person in front of me and she was shutting at 4.50!! Not 5 at advertised. Said she opened again at 9.30 so if I turned up at the correct time then she would take them . Correct time?! What is that exactly?! Arriving 25 mins before 5pm should be a correct time!
