Honestly, Alex has been amazing! Really responsive, picked up my car on the truck and delivered it back to mine an hour away. The process from calling him to sending him my location was so smooth. Amazing! Got messed around by RAC after being affected by flood water and car breaking down, googled a local recovery service and came across Reynolds. Alex was extremely helpful and explained that they were extremely busy but would be able to move the vehicle at some point in the evening, and I could leave the vehicle and they would move it to my required location without me being there. Left the key and received a message via WhatsApp once the vehicle had been delivered.
Great customer service and saved the day.

Amazing Rescue team. We were travelling with two kids and were 4 hours away from home. Called the company and they responded straight away and towed our car to the nearest mechanic. We were escorted by Simbha (hope I spelled the weight :-))
Simbha was a delight to talk to and made us feel safe and at ease. He took us to the garage who managed to get our road worthy within the hour. Honestly if it wasn’t for these guys our family trip would have been ruined. Thank you sooo much for saving our trip.
