Absolutely a nightmare ! I had tried to leave it since April, had a lot of back and forth and then they emailed me only a few weeks ago with no notice to say you no longer have insurance with us ! Whilst I was driving, no notice given at all when I had tried to give them weeks at a time notice.
Then I called as I needed insurance whilst I sorted long termed insurance and they said they would charge me £30 to speak with them over the phone !!!!! When I was just with them. Very stressful and terrible communication. How can they email me to say I have no insurance with no notice when I had attempted to give them my chosen end date many times, apparently 3 weeks notice is too much notice Terrible terrible and never would ever recommend this company to my worst enemy.
