Absolutely terrible experience, was told it was £70 for recovery and £55 for an hour's labour to look at the engine and after I was shown I can say it definitely did not take an hour. It ended up being £86 for recovery and £67 for a maximum of 20 minute engine check. Then we wanted to moved half a mile down the road and they charged us a further £90. It seemed like they were more concerned with taking my money rather than trying to fix the issue. I used to think this garage was great but I was wrong the guy I spoke to on the phone was rude and had moody attitude. Also when I paid them for recovery they said they would move van outside so I can arrange a tow I waited all day and then went there to find it was outside but no one let me know it just sat there all day I lost my chance to tow it which is why we then paid another 90 to move it 5 mins away they just didn't care all they wanted was the ridiculous charge for doing really not much except moving it and doing everything to put me off getting it repaired they just wanted my money. All I know is after my experience I won't use them again and they stupid because before that It would be them I called before anyone else 🤷🏻‍♂️

Only care about money, if the job is too hard for them they would rather tell you your vehicle is better off being scrapped. Which I know is rubbish because they quoted me a price expecting me to say oh leave it then. When I didn't more excuses came ultimately they didn't want to carry out the work and rather have someone scrap their van than be honest. Telephone staff were rude and bad attitude and over charged for minimal work.

What a brilliant company female on my own blow out on A47 southern bypass. Scott and his team could not gave been more helpful. They came quickly were extremely efficient found an open tyre company. Checked availability of the correct tyres and took me to the company to have the work carried out. Not only was the service excellent the price too. I have saved their details as my go to and would highly recommend. Thank you

The recovery side is fine, no problem with that part. Tho the garage they have...
I left there my van because it had some fuel leak. That was the most expensive repair I ever had.
The service was fairly priced, but the van didn't started the following morning. They came to my address and helped out, as it was some air in the pipes. The following few days almost every start was difficoult, except when I left there with them. 3 days after the repair the van didn't started again. They said it should be something else, and they have no time for this and gave me an other garage's number (what I didn't call, found someone else myself at the end).
My van was stationary for one and half month, and I have a van for a reason so I had to buy another vehicle.
The new garage found the issues, and it was definitely their fault.
They swapped the fuel pipes and as they "tried to fix" the fuel pump's plug, they absolutely destroyed it.
So I had no fuel leak after, but even the engine didn't get any...

Nigel did a fantastic job, Gave good advice on repair. Called the office at 11.30 and had it recovered by 2pm. For the most competitive price locally.
