Great place when the polite staff are on the work rota. Not so great other times.
Less abruptness would be a welcome change.
But credit where credit is due to the long haired gent (sorry I don't know your name) who is always helpful and super nice. He's always the first one of the bunch to assist on arrival.

Been going here for quite some time. Always found it good but lately some staff have become big time jobsworths.
Taking mine to Thetford in future.
If you haven't been there it's worth a look. Much better set up and recycling shop much bigger and better.

I wish I knew what the man's name was in the recycle centre in ashill just now as he was phenomenal with his help .while I hate to say was being watched by I guess two colleagues who didn't see the need to help out any of the customer on both times I went today .

User friendly, but best avoid at busy times to avoid queues. Helpful and courteous staff. Hope the council have no fancy ideas of closing the place down as they have done in the past.
