I have read the last review posted by a particular lady. As there is only one female that works at the Sheringham recycling Centre. It is not difficult to identify who that person is. I have the pleasure of going to that recycling centre on numerous occasions every month, and I have to say that this particular female (Jackie) is the best of all the staff there and is regularly helpful. I’m sorry to the lady who feels upset, but I think she has made a complete misjudgement and I’m sure that if anyone else can be bothered to post a review. They will say exactly the same. Further, if the poor lady has had open heart surgery twice, she shouldn’t be rushing back to have a go at the person.

I took the grass cuttings in separate bags and asked them woman to help me empty them because I explained that I have had two open heart surgeries she said she was busy helping someone else and I responded with oh! Ok 👍 Then she said did someone load them in the car for you and I responded with yes!
She turned round and said well you should have brought them with you to unload!
That's the second time this arrogant rude unpleasant woman has responded to me!
One of her colleagues heard and came across to help, he kept looking at me knowing that the awful woman had humiliated me!
I left with my tail between my legs but in a short while went back and asked her for her name because I wanted to report her for her rudeness and unpleasant behaviour towards me even though I told her that I have had two open heart surgeries she denied that I told her that so she is a liar too she refused to give me her details and then turned one of her other colleagues unto me equally unpleasant! What horrible people and all this to dispose of my grass cuttings! I will still report her but I don't hold out any hope!!

Well organized and helpful friendly staff. I have heard public being rude to staff which is really annoying. They are doing a great job and are just asking people to abide by the rules.still excellent service

Wanted to charge me £8 for a couple of bags of top soil and 2 buckets of shingle that we had dug out of the garden. The top soil was recyclable as was the shingle? Very disappointing experience staff were less than helpful no wonder fly tipping is on the increase.
As a previous review states not really sure of the point of this centre?

I called in with a car full of cardboard and straight away a member of staff came over and offered to help unload and take to the bins. Very helpful and saved me some time in my busy day. Much appreciated.
