Have had a great experience with LB Waste Management. We got a competitive quote for a 6ft Skip for 3 weeks. Recent bad weather delayed our build. After a quick call, LB agreed to extend the Skip for a few extra days at no cost. They understood the circumstances and were great. Spoke with Josh May and Aiden Grange. Top stuff. Thank you.

We had to clear a house and our experience with LB Waste in St Helens was excellent. They provided three skips including one at really short notice which saved us a whole world of worry. Everyone we spoke to from the office team to the drivers were pleasant, professional and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Totally recommend LB Waste if you need to shift stuff

This was a horrible experience. Took payment for a load which was less then 14 yard skip. Reported that there's little bit left and can be cleared with another load for which i paid again. Sent me pictures of same pile without any take away and asked for another payment to remove the pile. Fraudulent.

I recently used LB Waste for a home renovation project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The booking process was straightforward, and they delivered the skip on time as promised. The driver was friendly and positioned the skip exactly where I needed it, which made loading it up so much easier.

Their customer service was great. I had a few questions about what could go into the skip, and Jonny who I booked the skip with was quick to respond and very helpful. They also arranged the collection promptly once I was done, and there were no hidden fees or surprises with the final bill.

Highly recommend for anyone who needs a skip. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Very efficient! I booked the skip with Simon less than a week in advance, And it arrived early morning with the friendly driver. The work on our bathroom started a day later than had planned so I phoned Simon to see if they could uplift the skip later on in the planned day of uplift. They kindly stated they would uplift it the following morning instead giving us an extra day, which was lovely of them. They did indeed arrive this morning and take it away. Perfect! I have since recommended LB WASTE to 3 of our neighbours who are looking for skip hire. Thank you!!
