We bought an instrument cluster from here and was told by a guy at the counter it didn’t need programming. When I fitted the cluster it had a couple lights on dash illuminated(immobiliser flashing and washer low). But it cured the running fault and was happy to leave it like until the car cut out again 29 days later (1 day outside warranty). Having a discussion with allparts they said this time the cluster needed programming and that will remove the illuminated washer fluid lamp and flashing immobiliser light. It took 2 weeks for a garage to take this work on. The mechanic found there was faults with this second hand cluster and repaired our original cluster. We rang allparts and the main guy said to bring down the invoice from the garage to say what he had done and for it to say purchased cluster was faulty. We went down and allparts refused to give us a refund because the clusters had been tampered with because he seemed to think the green sprayed wasn’t on the circuit. The mechanic was 100% sure he didn’t tampered with the cluster and swap bits over and then put it back together just so I could get refund as this is first time we went to that garage. Since coming home I’ve removed my repaired cluster to see if it had been tampered with and the conclusion was he had not. No green spray to be seen and I have video evidence. I offered to remove this on site so the main guy could see and he refused and said it’s one day out of warranty. If that was the case why tell me to come down in the first place with documentation if he was never going to offer a refund. Usually never had a problem here and had good experiences but this was my first bad one. Only thing that I’ve learnt is any minor issues ring up within warranty and for them they need to make sure when spraying the green paint it goes across all separate parts.

Bought a salvage Fiat 500 from all parts southwest and was blown away by the level of service. Communication was 10/10 they arranged delivery with one of their drivers which again was 10/10. Delivered exactly on time and with care. After years of dealing with salvage purchases this experience was the best so far. I’d highly recommend All Parts Southwest for anything from parts to whole cars. I will definitely be using again in future

Dealing with Allparts has been a absolute pleasure, those members of staff on the desk and those in the back office are always very helpful and attentive. Ian has been especially thorough with dealing with my every need, nothing was too much for him to handle, he has dealt with my requirements with precise and prompt response. The staff are very keen to assist with my needs even when I ring more than once if I require additional parts the service is always welcoming. Only local second had car spares place I was able to get a wheel for my saab from. They carry a good selection of parts and this was waiting when I went to collect. Reasonable price and was able to fit it in their car park so did not gave to drive home on the spacesaver. Very helpful staff.
