Don’t use this company, only load half waste expect you pay for full load money. Also try to call the boss, they’re not answer your phone

I have given this service a 5 star. I had a kind worker who came in and removed heavy loaded junk from our garden during the hot weather. The price of their service was affordable hence I went for it. Booking the service was easy and they were very responsive. I will be booking them again in the near future and I highly recommend their service. Thank you so much

I requested a quote late on a Saturday afternoon and I was met with an immediate response, quote and booking shortly after. Very rarely do you find such speedy response (within five minutes) and an absolutely painless experience. These guys are the epitome of customer experience and I could not recommend them more highly. They were here on time but the minute they started picking the trash they complained about the fact that I had decided to cut the boxes and packed them in bags and it was 8 bin bags and they didn't see the bags on their pictures I sent them even though I told the guy I did the booking with I will try and cut the boxes neatly and one of the guys started getting abusive verbally when I said I've only just moved and I demand they take everything because I wanted my compound to be clear that's why I booked them instead of booking for a skip . It nearly turned into a big argument until my neighbour offered to pick all they refuse to pick even though I've paid £198. I asked them to call their boss but he didn't give me any joy and said he was not at my premises so whatever his staff says is what he believes.
Never again will I use this company as they were going to charge extra for a piece of worktop and my TV box.

Was happy with the service but even though I had a deadline to move out by noon and had already paid a generous 50% up fron I was bullied to pay the full amount - I am afraid at that point they lost my recommendation.

I just made a critical review but have changed it to poitive as the MD contacted me by phone and appolgised for the mix up and offered me as way of appology a free pick up of the minor items that so far needed to be taken away or at a point in the next few week if there are some minor items these would be taken awAy as a good will gesture. H was a charming man and I believe that tomorow the skip will arrive between 1pm and 5pm . Edit Which it did 🙂 and half full already
