Staff are always helpful come rain or shine. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait when it's busy or they're swapping a container but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. There's no need to book like other places too, just turn up.

Went this afternoon with a large old carpet and was going to ask the chaps to give me a hand into the skip (due to a health issue I can’t lift heavy stuff) however no sooner had I opened the boot one of them was straight to me and said he would lift it in for me! Much appreciated so I obviously thanked him greatly! Nice one 👍

Well moved to Northallerton recently and just taken a huge sack of conifer cuttings to the recycling centre. Three workmen stood chatting and no offer of any help. Got to say the guys in Harrogate have always been excellent. 😕

I have been going here for years and I have always found the staff really helpful and friendly. However, the last few times I have been I have been made to feel like an inconvenience and as though I was doing something wrong. I am not suprised that people are fly tipping if that is how they are made to feel!
