Wouldn't use this company unless you love being absolutely railed where the sun doesn't shine.

Bought a car that was advertised as run and drives, got there to it not running. In the end timing chain had gone, clearly RUNNING AND DRIVING

I had an excellent customer journey with this company after sadly crashing my car.
I am a disabled lady who had belongings left in my veicle after a crash.
Daniel Pedras went above and beyond to assist me in returning my belongings.
Also thanks to Jane and Neil who organised the delivery and offered me plenty of support.

Keep away from them, One star is too much, they are dishonest and saying drivable but steering wheel did not work, they play BBC radio and hiding error alarms!! they are picturing and showing just proper part....horrible experience, liar... it should be closed...

Very bad place and bad experience with this company and always very hard to bid a care because someone from this company biding more than your price then they sell car for fake after few days that car goes to oction again ☹️😟very dodgy company 👎🏻
Also charge fee increase more than £700 for those car less than £2000 and we have to pay to repair the car which is category car and should be half price on market but it is expensive than unrecorded car

Arrived 8am sharp this morning 4th July 2024 Kim and Sam on front desk was very helpful and polite and gorge on the fork truck was very helpful too great place to collect from in my opinion many thanks....... arrived at york copart yesterday 8th July page on front desk was amazing and very helpful getting me sorted ... Tom also sorted out cat b paperwork and got me away .. thank you all for your help big jay

Absoulute disgusting service. All vehicles treated like absoulute trash by copart employees. All vehicles with extra damage or stolen goods. No respect to costumers at all. Copart will do it's best to avoid paying any compensations.

Just had our car taken away for Salvage by Copart York. They were organised through a salvage company who were taking our car. I can highly recommend them as a company. I was told that someone would call on the morning to say when they were coming which they did and they arrived exactly on time. The experience was smooth with no glitches. The guy collecting the vehicle was very friendly, professional and helpful. I can highly recommend Copart York to anyone looking to use this service. Thank you for a positive experience.
