Rude and unprofessional lady who took the call from my husband. My husband had sent an email enquiring about hiring a skip. After 5 days of no response my husband called to chase it up. She denied receiving an email relating to our address to which my husband responded that he had the email in front of him that he’d sent. Instead of saying something like, I’m sorry but I can’t seem to find any emails from you or that maybe it’d got lost somewhere she was very rude and stated the price and said, “if you want one you know where we are!” Then put the phone down! Rude, rude, rude! Very unprofessional with no customer service or people skills and no manners! Totally unnecessary behaviour! We used another local skip company who have been nothing but polite and helpful and a great price! AVOID!!!

FABULOUS…..from the lovely service I received on the phone when I booked a skip on a Saturday, to changing the size skip I needed on the Monday at 7.45am. I received a refund the same day after being told it could take 10 days! Skip delivery was very professional and considerate to my needs. Then only took 2 days from my call to collect, for skip collection after being told that could take 10 days. You totally exceeded my expectations, Thank you ALL so much.

This skip company work so well together as a team which makes it such an easy process to book and ask questions etc.

I forgot to move my car out the drive when the skip arrived, rather than the company (and delivery driver) getting grumpy they were super patient, flexible and understanding. We amended the plan over the phone with zero hassle which was a relief.

The booking process is easy peasy, Danielle the customer service rep (I think) responds to emails straight away with a friendly and professional manner.

Joe was replying to my queries on a weekend and was happy to be flexible to my criteria and needs as a customer.

I wanted to leave this review especially, because I ordered a skip from a competitor last year and asked for it for at least 7 days which they agreed to. Then someone randomly came and picked it up after 3 days where the skip wasn’t even half full. The customer service was atrocious! It was a clear mis communication error on their end but I received no real apology or compensation.

With CR Skips I have received the complete opposite level of customer service and they also run the occasional offer rather than a rigid pricing system.

I will use this company every single time I need a skip in the future and I would highly recommend anyone else in the Grimsby area to do the same!

I have hired a skip from this company twice and it has always been fast delivery and collection. However there have been issues on both collection as they say they aim to collect within “7 working days” but do not allocate you a time slot which I cannot understand as it’s a waste of time for their drivers. Twice they have arrived when I have not been in which could be easily rectified if they could just ring and say hi will you be in at this time on this date. Otherwise all else has been good with them and I’ve had no other issues apart from the one above which is why I have deducted one star. If they improve the pick up communication it would for sure be five stars. Hopefully this constructive criticism is taken into consideration to better their services. Many thanks!
