The pricing was very competitive, and there were no hidden fees, which was a huge relief. The entire process was transparent and honest, which I greatly appreciated. When the skip was full, a simple phone call had it picked up promptly, ensuring my project stayed on track.

I had understood that Dereham skips were a good company to deal with, and as a result of an incident in the home, my insurers have asked me to obtain quotes.
I contacted Dereham Skips, and was given a competetive quote. The person I was speaking to was most helpful.
However when I asked for the quote to be sent to me in an email, I was told "we don't send out quotes" So when I asked "what, not even in an email?" I was told that "Sorry we dont have the facility to send emails".
This was very disappointing as I cannot progress my claim without a quote. This has also jaundiced my willingness to engage with Dereham Skips as a local business in the future.
As to their ability to deliver and collect skips, I cannot comment.
